Specializing in building organizations from the ground up, Lili has successfully scaled companies from startup to large corporation, creating impactful learning and development programs and transforming cultures along the way. Throughout her career, Lili has cultivated a deep understanding of organizational growth, the laws that govern the universe, and the driving forces of society. These insights led her to establish the Gas Leadership Group, a platform focused on fostering innovation, adaptability, and leadership excellence at every stage of organizational growth.
Her early years in global exhibitions, visiting 20 countries and 40 cities, shaped her understanding of cultural diversity and international business. Having built long-term relationships with chambers of commerce around the world, Lili developed a unique perspective on global economic changes and organizational dynamics. At the global travel, from Italy to France, from Egypt to Turkey, she encountered varied cultures and business environments, enriching her approach to leadership.
Entering the technology industry in 2005, Lili played a pivotal role in the rapid growth of multiple organizations, helping them expand from ground to hundreds, from hundreds to thousands employees.
